Beginning early this year, certain search engine made some changes to their search ranking,   in the name of providing more relevant search results for it’s users, according to their official blog, this change impacts 11.8% organic search results, in another word, google thinks about 12% of it’s search results are really bad and need to manipulated. Google started this change almost one year ago, maybe that’s why some of my ranks dropped out of first 10 pages, the good thing is that those keywords promoted by content rich links are not affected, some of the keywords even ranked better than before, it becomes clear that linking campaign the old way is the thing of past, probably due to link spamming sites being downgraded by google.

What is old way of link building any way? There are a lot of SEO company out there are doing this, they add your links to those linking websites without context, the only updates on those websites are the new links, it’s safe to assume all of them are trash, we call these sites link spamming sites. New google algorithm most likely will punish these link spammers,  all the links on those websites will have the same fate.  

Let’s check out a few examples. In the very beginning, I didn’t know better, I started with this keyword, Grade 70 Chain, it was old way of link building all the way, almost all the sites I got link from had too many links, and those sites had only links, no real content at all. I would give credit where credit is due, this linking strategy worked, eventually the keyword could be found on first page, this was the case until google made the change. Something opposite happened to this keyword, chain pullers, most back links for this keyword are from articles and posts, with very few plain links, you can imagine how this keyword ranks. So contextual link wins this time, what about future? In fact the only thing matters here is content, so if you create great content, you will attract readers as well as search engines. How do you do it? Writing articles and building blogs, for instance let’s examine this one, sherri hill dresses , I didn’t put too much effort into it from start, but I never stopped posting, now it can even rank the highly competitive keywords. Now you can see, quality blog marketing is much better than plain link building. If you can build a group of your own blogs, such as Ratchet Chain Binder, then it will be easier to do article marketing.

At the end of day all you need to do is to create attractive content, publish and share with people, promote your business with the content, your effort will reward you handsomely in the end. New reports claim that cyanide blocks oxygen delivery. However, cyanide is a respiratory inhibitor that combines with a cytochrome (not oxygen) in the electron transport chain. What would be the results of blocking the terminal cytochrome in the electron transport chain?

As we can see, blog marketing with great content is the way to go. Say you’re building your own bogging network, something like Grade 70 Chains, then it will be easier to do article marketing.

Bottom line is that you should create great content, share the content with people, promote your business with the content, as long as you don’t stop doing this, you will win over customers and search engines. Whatever you do, you will need persistence and patience, long term strategy is required to improve anything of significance, i.e., selling online or improve your search rankings, now all we need to do is to share our love for creating and sharing nice content and not to worry about the search results every day. Ezine is one of the best article directories out there, a new article will be indexed and cached in less than an hour, of course your posts on some blogs will be indexed real fast as well, here I am going to show you an article in article directory or on a blog, say this one, Ratchet Load Binders, quality content, nice presentation, indexed by google, all these points make it perfect for SEO.
